Job Summary: As a Server at Chili's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, building rapport and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Take accurate orders and partner with all team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guest expectations.
  • Demonstrate extensive menu and beverage knowledge, making recommendations and answering questions with confidence.
  • Ensure all payments are processed timely, accurately, and correctly, maintaining a high level of cash handling integrity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, with the ability to answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
