- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Lawn Care Experience: Have a background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance, or be willing to learn.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
- Consistent Pay: Receive consistent, year-round pay and employment, paid weekly.
