Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional communication with customers about their service, make recommendations for continuous improvement in customers' lawn care needs, and identify solutions for common and complex lawn care issues.
  • Turf Maintenance: Use environmentally responsible lawn care products, follow proper application guidelines, and drive an assigned route using a company vehicle.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles, including cleanliness and submitting requests for routine maintenance to the fleet department.
  • Technology: Use technology (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to read and follow routes, order specifications, and enter job details.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Lawn Care Experience: Have a background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance, or be willing to learn.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
