As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for greeting guests, completing check-in/check-out procedures, and handling cash and credit transactions./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliGreet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures through the Property Management System./liliHandle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property./liliIdentify guest needs and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities./liliTake reservations from incoming callers and input information into the hotel management system./liliOrganize previous shifts' paperwork, close and balance room accounts, and investigate out-of-balance situations./li/ulpbAbout Buffalo Lodging Associates:/b/ppBuffalo Lodging Associates is a hotel management company that emphasizes true hospitality.
