- Manage and resolve support tickets by diagnosing issues related to networks, desktops, mobile devices, and software applications.

- Utilize ticketing systems effectively, such as ServiceNow, to track and resolve user requests.
- Administer Active Directory by creating and managing user accounts, including password resets.
- Troubleshoot O365 issues, with a preference for candidates experienced in Entra ID.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
- A professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and Active Directory management.
- Experience with O365 troubleshooting.
