Job Title: Cardiovascular Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at ProKatchers LLC. As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a hospital setting.

Job Summary:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with procedures ordered by physicians.
  • Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to identify and implement actions necessary to achieve clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct post-procedure review to confirm that all required elements are completed and documented.
  • Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare study for reporting by physician.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Cardiovascular Technology or related field.
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program with emphasis in Cardiovascular Technology.
  • ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) certification or successful completion of Paramedic training program within 12 months of hire date.
  • Current BLS certification.
