Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Hope Community Resources, Inc. as a Registered Nurse. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and conditions, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- Direct and supervise LVNs/LPNs, PCTs, CNAs/NAs, and other healthcare staff.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, and assist with procedures as needed.
- Perform scheduled assessments and physician orders in a timely manner.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and self-development to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
Leadership (Charge Nurse) Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve high-quality patient care and departmental goals.
- Coach, evaluate, develop, and inspire staff to improve performance and achieve excellence.
- Manage conflict and promote a positive work environment.
- Align department goals with company objectives and ensure effective resource management.
- Make clear, consistent decisions and act with integrity in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
