Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent presence in the office to support sales initiatives and encourage team collaboration.

  • Participate in regular coaching and feedback sessions with management to improve performance.
  • Submit a minimum of one repair or replacement project weekly, ensuring all required documentation is completed.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections, provide detailed photographic reports, and prepare accurate estimates.

  • Collect essential payments (initial checks or ACV insurance checks) and ensure all required documentation is submitted promptly.
  • Oversee the completion of projects, ensure final payments are collected, and maintain organized job files.
