About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and friendly Greeter to join our team at Moshulu Restaurant. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and genuine smile, making them feel at home
  • Understand table numbers, seat positions, and flow of service to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Answer telephones, confirm reservations, and show guests to tables with a friendly demeanor
  • Develop strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
  • Maintain accurate knowledge on hours of operation, relevant service, and facility information
  • Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and a big personality
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
