Position Overview: Shift Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
  • Food Safety Certification in accordance with local regulations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure excellence at the Shack.
  • Manage service flow to uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
  • Execute operational support tasks, including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, equal employment opportunities, and health department regulations.
