Job Summary

The Financial Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the team and partner network in managing daily operations. This includes monitoring automated and manual processes to ensure proper handling of outsourced accounts, as well as participating in projects and analysis as needed. The successful candidate will provide regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and financial performance, and will be responsible for overseeing and making suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes.

Responsibilities
  • Process administrative material and tasks (30%);
  • Provides regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and/or financial performance (20%);
  • Relationship with and request fulfillment for internal/external customers (35%);
  • Subject matter expert for one or more projects with high levels of complexity (10%);
  • Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes (5%).
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (Required);
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred);
  • 1-2 years customer service or clerical experience (Required);
  • Experience with MS Office (Required);
  • Good communication skills, Data Entry (Required);
  • 2+ years work experience in financial services related field (Preferred);
  • System querying skills (Preferred);
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel) (Preferred).
