Job Overview

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.



Job Responsibilities

  • Supervises a team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Ensures that all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
  • Establishes and maintains quality standards for cleaning procedures and schedules.
  • Conducts regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Trains staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Collaborates with management to develop policies and procedures related to custodial services.
  • Assists in the development of training programs for new employees.
  • Acts as a resource for staff and clients regarding cleanliness and maintenance issues.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a custodial or facilities management role is preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare or institutional setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
