Job Title: Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Technologist to work in our Computed Tomography department. As a Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring high-quality images are produced.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient exams and images
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
