Job Title: Mobile Engineer

Join CBRE, a leading global real estate services company, as a Mobile Engineer and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in HVAC systems and building maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of HVAC equipment and building systems across multiple buildings within a route.
  • Work under limited supervision to support assigned service calls and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and inspect work performed by outside contractors to ensure high-quality results.
  • Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Report and communicate daily work activity via PDA device.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of refrigeration experience.
  • Prior RTU and refrigeration experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communications.
  • Consistent record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
