Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team at SITE Staffing. As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and in-process materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate product identification and location programs
  • Compare physical inventory counts with inventory levels in the ERP system and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner and follow all documented operating procedures
  • Document damaged product and work with QA on containment
  • Participate in training and process improvement activities with production and warehouse teams
  • Investigate reasons for inventory discrepancies to identify root causes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Recent experience with cycle counting and inventory management preferred
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and email
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
