Job Title: Stocktaker - Administrative

Job Summary:
The Stocktaker is a crucial member of our warehouse team, responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and providing exceptional customer service. As a Stocktaker, you will be responsible for counting merchandise on the warehouse floor, comparing it to information in our database, and resolving discrepancies. You will also assist customers with product location and provide detailed information when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Count product in different departments and scan it with an LRT Gun to enter quantities
• Move product as needed to ensure accurate counts and provide excellent customer service
• Research discrepancies between physical counts and database counts using our proprietary computer system (JSS)
• Drive a Scissor Lift as needed to access high shelves and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
• Excellent math skills and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers
• Familiarity with products and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-100 pounds occasionally and up to 100 pounds frequently
• Ability to walk, climb, stoop, and kneel for extended periods and remain standing for 4 hours at a time with a 10-15 minute break
• Comfortable with heights and commitment to company values and strong customer orientation

Work Environment:
Our warehouse environment can be cool or cold, depending on the department, and may involve industrial vehicles moving material throughout the warehouse. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to company values and strong customer orientation.
