Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team at Keiding, Inc. This role involves coordinating with customers to schedule load pickups, generating pick tickets, and preparing shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to schedule load pickups at two facilities
  • Generate pick tickets in the ERP system and align the pickup schedule with the internal team
  • Prepare and complete shipping documentation to ensure accurate billing and tracking of shipments
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain precise inventory records of raw materials and finished goods
  • Manage warehouse inventory flow at one facility, ensuring accuracy both physically and systematically
  • Participate in root cause analysis to resolve quality-related issues
  • Support the quality department with compliance-related customer requests

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize workflow and adapt to changing priorities

Work Environment:

This role involves working 50% at our Milwaukee location and 50% at our Menomonee Falls location. Flexibility to work remotely on special occasions is possible (10%).

Compensation:

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $23-$26, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
