Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily functions of the corporate finance department, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded with precision and timeliness.
- Compile, monitor, and analyze comprehensive cash flow reports, including historical data and future cash forecasts to maintain optimal liquidity for the organization.
- Supervise income tax preparations across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations and timely filings.
- Analyze financial data to produce accurate reports that support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Implement and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- Review systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the finance department.
- Guide and direct staff on various projects to ensure compliance and accuracy, fostering a collaborative team environment.
