About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Senior Associate to join our team at Integrity Placement Group. As a key member of our audit department, you will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and assess internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and execute audit engagements, meeting or beating established deadlines.
  • Supervise the observation of large inventory counts and determine the extent of test-checking required in an audit.
  • Prepare complicated business and individual tax returns, including consolidated returns and returns on dissolution or liquidation.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and maintain strict confidentiality of all clients and firm business.
  • Identify problems early in engagements and deal with them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on all professional pronouncements and follow regulations and professional ethics of the AICPA and state society.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of previous public accounting experience with a strong concentration in auditing.
  • Experience with manufacturing is a strong bonus, but not required.
  • Candidates should have a competent working knowledge of accounting and auditing practices and be able to research and resolve complex accounting issues.
  • Previous experience in planning and supervising audit and large review engagements is required.
  • Candidates should possess solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
