Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of DE required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree required within 3 years of hire.
  • Professional certification in a related nursing specialty required.
  • Nurse Executive certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical and leadership experience in Hemodialysis required.
  • Basic Life Support Required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
