Responsibilities:

* Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and ensuring they know you will be personally taking care of them
* Maintain clean service areas and perform side work as assigned by management
* Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
* Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menus, promotions, and special events
* Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, and process payments
* Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences, ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service
* Be ready and willing to assist fellow staff members as situations arise
* Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a comparable restaurant
* Ability to communicate and understand the English language
* Willingness to serve and entertain guests according to the perceived atmosphere and expectation
* Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, as well as common drink recipes
* Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register
* Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
* Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
* Punctuality and regular, reliable attendance, including reliable transportation
* Honesty and integrity, hard work, good hygiene, coordination, efficiency, organization, accuracy, and teamwork
* ServeSafe certification preferred but not required
* TIPS training preferred but not required
