The Front Office Manager is responsible for supervising the overall administrative operations of the front office, collaborating closely with the clinical team to guarantee an exceptional patient experience.

  • Manages the daily activities of the front office and oversees patient flow.
  • Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and organizing training schedules for new front office personnel.
  • Assists in the disciplinary actions of team members in line with company policies.
  • Conducts annual performance evaluations for front office staff.
  • Creates and manages schedules for front office team members.
  • Ensures the maintenance of office equipment, including cleaning and repairs.
  • Provides administrative support as needed to assist the front office team.

Education and Experience
