Job Title: Visit Support Team Lead

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Visit Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Visit Support Team in providing technical services for surface TSRA visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical services for surface TSRA visits, including availability concurrent TSRA, post-deployment TSRA, post-availability TSRA, pre-deployment TSRA, ballistic missile defense readiness assessment, and continuous maintenance availability.
  • Ensure all referenced procedures are current and valid, and provide CMP procedure feedback to correct erroneous procedures.
  • Assemble SME assessment books for each TSRA Matrix subsystem identified by the AD, and ensure data content accuracy and perform QA of SME MAFs.
  • Collaborate with the AD to ensure final reports are accurate, and report directly to the AD for the duration of the visit.
Requirements:
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
  • Eight (8) years' experience within the last twenty-five (25) with installation, operation, repair, testing, and maintenance of naval or marine propulsion and auxiliary equipment and/or ordnance systems.
  • Minimum of six (6) of the eight (8) years must have been in a position of team leader or coordinator over a subordinate work force.
  • Ability to utilize computers including the Microsoft Office Suite for compiling information for reports and history files.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience utilizing 3M system software or Assessment Program software employed by Navy assessment programs.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with HM&E/C5I/C4I equipment.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with the Navy Supply system and Navy 3M as it relates to parts acquisition, ordering and research (R Supply).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with CDMD-OA as it pertains to the review and validation of shipboard configuration.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with CDMD-OA as it pertains to the development and input of feedback and configuration change documents for shipboard configuration.
  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
  • Must possess or ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Work Environment:
  • Requires walking, reaching, sitting and concentration in the presence of occasional noise.
  • Ability to move in narrow and restricted passageways, up/down steep and narrow ladders or stairways.
  • Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 lbs. in weight.
  • Office, warehouse, laboratory, pier side, shipboard noise conditions range from very quiet to loud noise.
  • Employee may be required to travel to different RMCs or Naval Ship locations. Travel may include extended underway periods and travel outside of the continental United States.
