Job Summary:
We're seeking a Part-Time Breakfast/Lunch Server to join our team. As a Server, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hospitably greeting and serving guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preparing and serving drinks according to our beverage service standards.
- Abiding by all state, federal, and corporate requirements related to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Preparing the serving area for each shift and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Following cash handling and bank operating procedures.
- Performing side work duties as scheduled.
- Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Hotel experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, guests, and patrons.
- Ability to use point-of-sale computer systems.
- Knowledge of state liquor laws.
- Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room on a continuous basis.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
