Job Title: Breakfast Host

About the Role:

At Snooze, we're looking for a friendly and energetic Breakfast Host to join our team. As a Breakfast Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them into our home and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
* Welcome guests into our home and thank them when they leave
* Seat guests in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system
* Keep the crowd excited and having fun if there's a wait
* Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
* Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
* Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to the server as needed
* Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

Requirements:

* Fun, energetic, and eager to provide exceptional guest service
* Familiarity with basic knowledge of Snooze service
* Familiarity with POS and iPad systems
* Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
* Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
* At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
