Job Description

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Kate Dishman Rehabilitation Hospital in Beaumont, TX, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their mobility and independence. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting licensed physical therapists with patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
  • Provide direct patient care, including exercises and activities designed to improve mobility and function
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements

To be successful as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Kate Dishman Rehabilitation Hospital, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
  • An active or eligible state license to practice
