Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

The role of a Corporate Communications Specialist involves supporting media outreach, content development, and award programs for a prominent PR agency in Washington, D.C.

This position requires a skilled professional with 1-2 years of experience in a PR agency, who can handle day-to-day account work, including media list management and oversight, media strategy and outreach, tracking and reporting, event planning, and campaign coordination.

  • Supporting clients in meeting their business objectives through effective media relations and communications strategies.
  • Drafting high-quality communications materials, such as press releases and media advisories.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 1-2 years of PR experience, including internships.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments.
  • Effective communication skills via email and phone with media targets.
