Salary and Benefits:
We offer an estimated annual salary of $200,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and location. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description:
In this role, you will work on complex corporate transactions, advise clients on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, and develop your expertise in NFTs and token generation events. Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required. In-house candidates with previous law firm experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice, experience with blockchain technology companies and cryptocurrency, superior academic credentials, and excellent oral and written communication skills. CA, DC, NY, and/or WA bar preferred but not required.
