Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Harris Regional Hospital. As a CNA Specialist, you will provide direct and non-direct personal care to patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and non-direct personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfers, as needed.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation.
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
