Independent Ophthalmology Practice Opportunity in Delaware

As a Part-Time Ophthalmologist, you will have the chance to run your own independent practice in our JCPenney Optical Department location in Christiana, Delaware. This opportunity allows for flexible scheduling and the potential to earn extra income.
We offer a simple 3-page agreement with no competitive restrictions and a reasonable rent structure. You will be able to set your own fees, and the patient records will belong to you. Our staff will act as your ancillary support team, assisting with tasks such as greeting patients, completing patient histories, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing additional support when needed.

Job Requirements- You must hold a state-issued license to practice ophthalmology and conduct eye examinations.

- You must be able to diagnose and treat eye-related disorders and conditions.
- You will enjoy a private independent practice with ownership of patient records and the ability to set your own fees.
- Flexibility is key, with various scheduling arrangements available to meet your needs.
- You will have access to local support from our staff, who can act as your ancillary team in states where permitted.
- We maintain a sophisticated advertising and marketing department that focuses on eye exams and our independent doctors of optometry.
- You will benefit from relationships with leading department store retailers, enjoying credibility and confidence, as well as participation in national marketing programs and direct mail access to a loyal credit card base.
Based on industry standards and taking into account the level of experience required, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $250,000-$300,000, depending on factors such as location, qualifications, and performance.
