About the RoleThis role provides an opportunity to work as a full-time Virtual Speech and Language Pathologist, conducting virtual assessments and therapy sessions, developing individualized education plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support and monitor student progress.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Delaware State License.
- A minimum of 2 years of classroom experience.
- Experience with virtual therapy is preferred.
The salary for this role is estimated at $42-$47 per hour, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a matching 401(k) plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
