Accounting Internship Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting students to join our team as interns. As an accounting intern at Wipfli, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax and/or audit work, and related software applications.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Assist with preparing individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections.
  • Perform audit, review, and compliance testing procedures.
  • Develop technical competency with GAAP, especially related to assigned product line.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Above-average competency in accounting, demonstrated by a college GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Working towards eligibility to sit for the CPA exam upon graduation.
  • Preferred coursework in Data Analytics or Big Data.
What You Will Gain
