KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compliance with all personal protective equipment (PPE) standards and safety protocols
  • Accurate measurement, cutting, and assembly of framing materials
  • Building both exterior and interior structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Installation of roof and floor trusses
  • Skilled operation of various hand and power tools
  • Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform mathematical calculations
  • Familiarity with construction codes and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of experience in general carpentry
  • Knowledge of construction principles and regulations
  • Collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Successful completion of a drug screening and background investigation
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
