Bridge Carpenter Foreman

The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Bridge Carpenter Foreman to oversee carpentry operations on various construction projects. This role involves supervising a team of carpenters, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned carpenters
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Locate and mark site locations for structures and equipment
- Record personnel, production, and operational data
- Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction activities
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites
- Train and supervise workers on company policies, safety practices, and procedures
- 5 years of construction experience, preferably as a foreman
- 5-8 years of verifiable construction experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Ability to communicate effectively with crew members, project management, and vendors
- Ability to read and understand work plans
- Physical ability to climb, maintain balance, and lift up to 50 pounds
