Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Job Summary: Provide high-quality patient care as an RN Cardiac Telemetry Fellow, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate patient care and promote optimal outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
    • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
    • 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
