Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure the voice communications infrastructure meets/exceeds all DoD government standards, practices, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Voice Communications Strategy: Plan and implement a voice communications infrastructure and strategy to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Monitor System Performance: Monitor system for performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure system reliability and availability.
  • Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: As Subject Matter Expert, stay current with best practices and emerging technologies to make recommendations on process and system improvements and future enhancements.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Provide leadership and motivation to a high-performing team.
  • Provide Regular Reports and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT Departments: Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of voice systems with other IT systems, ensuring reliability and availability to end users.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience managing voice communication operations in a cleared government environment.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Subject Matter Expert on voice communication systems.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong Communications: Strong oral and written communications and the proven ability to influence leadership and stakeholders.
  • Security Clearance: All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Education: All candidates must have a bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
