Job Summary:
The Life Enrichment/Activities Aide will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational, and cultural programs for our residents. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience working with seniors in a recreational or social setting
- Knowledge of Life Enrichment skills, such as creative expression, music, and group leadership
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
