Job Summary

We are seeking an Application Analyst I to join our team. As an Application Analyst I, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple customers and complex systems using technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise. You will evaluate and troubleshoot reported system issues, data retrieval requests, system performance problems, and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities.

Responsibilities
  • Supports multiple customers and complex systems using technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Evaluates and troubleshoots reported system issues and service requests, data retrieval requests, system performance problems, and optimization opportunities, and participates in the timely resolution of these activities.
  • Escalates issues to the appropriate person/team as needed.
  • Identifies system changes and works with the team to communicate them to the customers, affected team members, and downstream vendor(s).
  • Develops, maintains, and shares documentation of assigned application for troubleshooting, building, and training of other ISS team members.
Requirements
  • License/Certification: One ISS management-approved certification/equivalent training in the area of scope/support within one year of hire/transfer.
  • Must keep required certification/equivalent training up-to-date (or within three years of original certification/training).
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or higher.
  • Experience: Two years of experience as a subject matter expert or equivalent utilizing Clinical/Hospital applications or Human Resource/Financial applications.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting Cerner or Infor applications.
