As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with Remarkable Hospice, your responsibilities will include:

  • Availability for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends
  • Implementing a personalized care strategy designed to meet each patient's specific needs
  • Administering medications, providing wound care, and executing essential medical procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with physician directives and maintaining comprehensive records
  • Documenting observations, interventions, and assessments related to patient care

To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • A valid Practical/Vocational Nursing License in the relevant state
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice settings
  • Current CPR certification and proof of auto insurance
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Verification of Covid vaccination or an accepted exemption
