Position Summary:

The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing housekeeping staff and floor technicians, performing field evaluations, and ensuring adherence to company protocols and performance indicators. This position includes training and mentoring team members, overseeing operational strategies, and maintaining precise documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Physical ability to lift 45-50 pounds and operate floor maintenance machinery.
Supervisory Structure:
  • Receives general oversight from an Area Manager.
  • Supervises all assigned personnel within the designated area.

  • This role requires adaptability in scheduling.
