Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Performance Goals:

  • Surpass individual and store targets for personal sales and key performance metrics, including conversion rates, dollars per transaction, units per transaction, and client data capture.

Leadership and Initiative:

  • Lead by example, effectively motivating team members to fulfill their responsibilities.
  • Clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Formulate both short-term and long-term strategic plans.
  • Exhibit strong initiative along with proficient time management and scheduling skills.

People Development and Human Resources:

  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions through consistent roleplay and coaching, demonstrating receptiveness to new ideas while quickly assimilating them into practice.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Clearly communicate strengths, goals, and areas for improvement, utilizing critical thinking and solution-oriented approaches. Foster a culture of 360-degree feedback.

Visual Merchandising and In-Store Experience:

  • Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and directives.
  • Promote exceptional client service through the use of client engagement tools, thank-you notes, and event execution strategies, ensuring a consistently superior client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the TUMI brand and a genuine passion for the lifestyle, clientele, and product offerings.
  • Value collaboration and demonstrate openness to constructive feedback.
  • Physical requirements include standing, moving throughout the store, lifting and pushing items weighing up to 30 pounds, and utilizing ladders as necessary.
  • Proven sales and client engagement experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Exhibit integrity and lead by example.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
