About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to join our team at CFA Institute. As an Assistant General Manager - Property Operations, you will be responsible for providing support to the General Manager in all areas of property management for an assigned portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tenant Services: Proactively engage with tenants to ensure all tenant service needs and requests are being met, issues resolved in a timely manner, and all work orders completed and closed out.
  • Maintenance and Vendor Management: Oversees the Property Management Assistant(s) (PMA) in the administration of the vendor prequalification process, collaborates with Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) manager as needed, and tracks, monitors, and creates vendor maintenance and professional services and management agreements.
  • Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Prepares monthly property reports, works with the General Manager and accounting team to prepare the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts, and oversees accounts receivable functions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Work Experience: 4+ years of related work experience, preferably in commercial real estate property management
  • Skills: Solid multitasking skills, solid problem-solving skills, drives results and orientation, highly collaborative work style, and strong sense of ownership
