Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC is a leading commercial real estate company with a portfolio of innovative, sustainable properties. As a key member of our team, the Assistant General Manager will provide support to the General Manager in all areas of property management for an assigned portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Services: Proactively engage with tenants to ensure all service needs and requests are met, issues are resolved in a timely manner, and work orders are completed and closed out.
  • Maintenance and Vendor Management: Oversee the administration of the vendor prequalification process, monitor Certificate of Insurance programs, and develop quality scopes of work for maintenance and professional services agreements.
  • Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Prepare monthly property reports, assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasts, and oversee accounts receivable functions.
  • Other: Conduct regular campus and building inspections, perform leasing tours, and collaborate with Asset Management and other internal departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of related work experience, preferably in commercial real estate property management.
  • Solid multitasking skills, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative work style.
