Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing inbound marketing strategies tailored for ISMG's global events to effectively resonate with targeted audience segments.
  • Creating and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, video content, and PPC/SEO initiatives to drive event registrations.
  • Employing nurture campaign tactics to minimize attendance drop-off rates.
  • Customizing promotional content for impactful delivery across various channels.
  • Collaborating with the graphic design team to produce creative assets that enhance brand visibility.
  • Evaluating campaign performance and optimizing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Providing detailed campaign reports and performance analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Supporting Event Sales teams by aligning audience engagement efforts and sharing valuable insights.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Events, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in inbound marketing or event marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Strong grasp of inbound digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as CRM and automation software; coding/HTML skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience in creating cohesive content across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
