Salary

We offer an attractive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the People Committee Secretary and be responsible for providing programmatic, strategic, and operational support to the committee. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing People Committee meeting agendas in collaboration with the Chair and Secretary;
  • Generating minutes and action items independently;
  • Supporting regular discussions between SOHR, OEB, and SDEI leadership and the People Committee Chair and Vice Chair;
  • Maintaining the People Committee SharePoint site current, organized, and adherent to records management policies;
  • Facilitating the development of High Priority Initiatives (HPIs) and associated success criteria;
  • Measuring and reporting against HPI milestones;
  • Coodinating with the People Committee Secretary to engage and collaborate with related governance groups;
  • Identifying, managing, and communicating risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies in the People Committee's portfolio of work;
  • Leading the usage of PMO standards, processes, and tools for HPI contributors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, effectively delivering programs from start to finish;
  • A background in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – ideally within the Federal Reserve System preferred but not required;
  • Expertise with Microsoft toolset (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint);
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others and autonomously with little direction;
  • Comfortable facilitating and leading discussions with large groups and senior stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills; self-starter, proactive.

Others

This job is eligible for a hybrid schedule with at least 50% on-site work expected. The individual is expected to reside in the 1st District unless given an exception. Willingness to travel infrequently to primarily domestic locations is also required.
