Job Overview: Amazon is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth for top Sellers by delivering strategic insights and high operational standards. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will build and execute joint business plans, collaborate with Sellers to identify new opportunities, and manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires effective relationship management, data manipulation, and analysis, as well as planning and execution skills. The ideal candidate possesses client management skills, can work backwards with Sellers to identify priorities, and demonstrates ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth for top Sellers.
  • Collaborate with Sellers to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will also improve team efficiency, optimize processes, and identify feature enhancements to improve Amazon products. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and trends.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities and increasing adoption of company products.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to work with Sellers to identify priorities.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends, and make informed decisions.
