Campus Overview:

Role Summary:
The Elementary Principal is responsible for leading and managing educational programs at the campus level. This includes overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality instructional services. The principal will also ensure adherence to district policies, as well as state and federal regulations, while managing all campus activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and oversee instructional programs to promote academic excellence.
2. Supervise campus operations and personnel effectively.
3. Provide visionary leadership to uphold high standards of educational service.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Mid-Management, Educational Leadership, or a comparable Texas principal certification.
- Certification as a Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser.

Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Proficiency in evaluating educational programs and teaching effectiveness.
- Competence in budget management and personnel administration.
- Ability to analyze and interpret educational data.
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.

Experience Required:
- A minimum of five years of experience as a classroom educator.
- At least three years in leadership roles focused on instructional guidance.
