WE'RE GROWING OUR TEAM

We're expanding our team at Tasca Automotive Group, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Sales and Service Professionals. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, serving our customers with excellence and helping them find their perfect vehicle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer who visits our dealership.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales and service teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, ensuring you can provide accurate information to customers about our vehicles.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
