Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance department and assign tasks to shop personnel
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed
- Process work orders and maintain accurate documentation
- 2-3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs and knowledge of CNG, brake, and electrical systems
- Preferred experience in the refuse industry with CNG and A/C systems
