Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

  • Educational Aide I Paraprofessional Certificate
  • High School Diploma or GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to effectively engage with children
  • Proficiency in using and learning basic computer applications
  • Familiarity with general office equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

Experience working with children, students, or parents

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform clerical and receptionist duties as assigned
  • Conduct instructional activities with students
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Organize the work environment
  • Supervise students as required
  • Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintain equipment and prepare instructional materials
