Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Auro Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

• Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal usage and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus, promotions, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Manage guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and training, and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.

• College degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and increasing revenue.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
